United States Shipping Info

We ship by UPS, FedEx and USPS for quick and reliable shipping. We process incoming orders daily, so your order will be out the door quickly (You should receive within 3-12 days). If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note we do not sell butane.

Stated shipping times are not guarantees. Sometimes we will not have items in stock, and will have to order from our manufacturers. In this case, we will ship as soon as we receive the appropriate item(s)

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product purchased from Lighters Direct, you may return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. No returns are accepted for engraved items (unless a mistake was made on our part).

1) Item must be in unused, unscratched condition

2) Contact info@lightersdirect.com with "Return 'your invoice #' in the header". Please provide details in the body of the e-mail, so we know what to look out for

3) Package the product; please remove all lighter fluid and butane before sending!

Repairs

If you are having problems with your lighter please contact the appropriate manufacturer, as your product is covered by them. Please be sure to make sure the lighter is fit for mailing (no lighter fluid) and properly packed.
