MOST ORDERS PLACED BY 1PM SHIP THE SAME DAY. We are now offering free shipping on all orders. USPS First Class for US shipments and USPS International First Class for International Shipments.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Lighters Direct, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (less shipping charges). United States Shipping Information

 

We ship by UPS, FedEx and USPS for quick and reliable shipping. We process incoming orders daily, so your order will be out the door quickly (You should receive within 3-12 days). If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that engraving does add processing time to your order.

Stated shipping times are not guarantees. Sometimes we will not have items in stock, and will have to order from our manufacturers. In this case, we will ship as soon as we receive the appropriate item(s)

  • $5.00 USPS Flat Rate (2-4 day delivery) Best Option

UPS

  • $8.95 Ground (1-7 day delivery)
  • $18.95 2 Business Day
  • $47.95 Next Business Day


* If you are shipping to a PO Box, USPS Flat Rate is your only option

International Orders

 

$13.95 USPS First Class International + $1.00 for each additional item (approximate 7-20 business day delivery to most countries)
$65 DHL Worldwide + $10 for each additional item (approximate 6-10 day delivery to most countries)
$90 FedEx Express International + $30 for each additional item (approximate 4-8 day delivery to most countreis)

We are not responsible for international duties or custom fees. We will do our best to get the item to you; you are responsible for clearing customs, so check your countries customs web site for duties, restrictions, etc...

 

Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your product purchased from Lighters Direct, you may return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 60 days of purchase. No returns are accepted for engraved items (unless a mistake was made on our part).

1) Item must be in unused, unscratched condition

2) Contact info@lightersdirect.com with "Return 'your invoice #' in the header". (Please provide details in the body of the e-mail, so we know what to look out for.)

3) Package the product; please remove all lighter fluid and butane before sending!
