We use state of the art computerized rotary and laser engraving equipment.
No order is too large or too small.
We do not use "color fill" to put different colors into the engravings. Color fill is enamel paint or lacquer which wears off over time. We engrave through the top layer into the brass base metal. 

Our engraving technique depends on the finish of the lighter.  Generally, we engrave a few different ways:

-Most lighters will be etched into for a "deep engraved" look 

-Some chrome finishes require a black lasered engraving.  We use a chemical process to mark the lighter.  This permanent engraving will not wear or fade over time.

-Our Photo & Image Engraving process shallowly etches your image into the surface, to produce a smooth but permanent engraving onto Zippo lighters.  Done in Black & White, the contrast in your photo will translate into a clean and sharp image on the lighter.

-For lighters with a colored/painted finish, we will laser away the top coat to expose the underlying brass case below it in either silver or brass.  This technique produces a very attractive and permanent engraving that will not fade or tarnish over time.

-All plastic, composite and leather enrgaveables are laser engraved for permanent finishes.

• Please specify the location of your engraving on the lighter (i.e. upper front, lower back, etc…) If you do not do this, we will choose the most suitable location
• There is no refund or exchange on engraved lighters (unless of mistake on our end)
